Terms for orders that ship in August 2027.
Orders and the season
Orders are reservations for the 2027 Bristol Bay sockeye season. Orders placed through June 2027 are filled from the 2027 catch and ship in August 2027. Door delivery is $29 per order. Pickup in Spokane, Washington is free.
The catch
Wild fisheries depend on the run. If the 2027 catch cannot fill an order, Boone contacts the customer. The customer picks a refund or a move to the next season.
Product handling
Salmon ships frozen. Receive the shipment on the delivery day. Store it frozen. Refrigerate smoked salmon after opening. Eat smoked salmon within the time on the package.
