What happens in shipping week
August 2027 is shipping month. The season in Bristol Bay has ended. The catch is flash frozen. The catch is vacuum sealed. Boxes are packed frozen and sent out.
Your order number tracks the box. Enter the number on the Track Delivery page. The page shows where your order stands that week.
The day the box arrives
Bring the box inside when it lands. Open it that day. The fish inside should still be frozen hard.
Move the packs straight to your freezer. Keep each pack sealed. Stack the packs flat. Flat packs thaw evenly later.
Pick the first pack you will cook that week. Leave that pack in the freezer with the rest. Move it to the fridge the night before you cook it.

What is in the shipment
The shipment holds the boxes you ordered. A 10 lb fillet box holds whole skin-on fillets. A portions box holds single servings. Smoked sockeye packs are ready to eat.
Every pack is vacuum sealed. The seal keeps air off the fish during the trip. Keep the seal on until cooking day.
If the delivery day goes wrong

Get the box inside the day it lands, even if dinner plans change. The freezer is the holding spot. A pack can wait frozen for months. A pack cannot wait on a counter. If a delivery problem shows up, reach Boone through the contact page and give your order number.
Delivery week is also the week to plan first meals. Pick one pack for the first dinner. Thaw it the night the box lands or the night after. The rest of the shipment settles into the freezer for the months ahead.
