The 5 lb starter portions box costs $125. The 10 lb fillet box costs $215. The 10 lb portions box costs $235. The 20 lb fillet box costs $410. Smoked sockeye starts at $38 for 1 lb.
After you check out
Checkout gives you an order number. The number starts with BOONE. Keep that number. Enter it on the Track Delivery page to see your order status.
Your status sits at reserved until the season starts. The status moves when the fish are caught in summer 2027. The status moves again when boxes ship in August 2027.
When the box arrives
Open the box the day it lands. The packs inside are vacuum sealed. Move the packs to your freezer that day. Keep each pack sealed until the day you cook it.
Thaw a pack in the fridge the night before you cook. Cook the fish the next day. Smoked sockeye goes in the fridge after opening.
Freezer room, planned ahead
Clear freezer space before August 2027. A 10 lb box holds seven to nine sealed fillet packs, or a stack of portion packs. The packs lie flat. A 20 lb box needs about twice the room of a 10 lb box.
Put the newest packs at the back if your freezer rotates stock. Cook from the front. The fish keeps at frozen for the season of eating ahead. One pack thaws at a time. The rest of the box stays sealed and frozen.
Questions before the season starts go through the contact page. Give your order number in the message. That number ties the question to your boxes.
